Export control and sanctions compliance
Grinex Trade complies with international export control regulations and applicable export laws.
We supply civilian and commercial goods only; we do not supply military end users or restricted or sanctioned entities.
All customers are subject to internal compliance verification. Company does not work with sanctioned entities.
Export Delivery Terms
- EXW – Ex Works (pickup from supplier warehouse)
- FCA – Free Carrier (delivery to carrier or transport terminal)
- DAP – Delivered At Place (delivery to buyer's destination)
These delivery terms are commonly used for international land transportation.
Payment terms
- Bank transfer (T/T) — standard option for most transactions.
- Letter of Credit (L/C) — available for eligible counterparties and banks.
- Documentary collection (CAD / D/P / D/A) — where applicable.
- Other terms may be considered subject to contract and counterparty assessment.
Final payment terms depend on contract conditions, country-specific requirements, compliance checks, and counterparty assessment.
